Here is what to be done in March, so enjoy those warm days:
- Garden Wish List
- Draw out your garden map/plot
- Plant cold loving vegetables - potatoes, onions, broccoli, spinach, carrots, beets, etc.
- Start your seeds indoors - make sure you sterilize your pots from last year!
- Write yourself a garden chore list - We have tings on our with specific dates like set-up rain barrels, trim the bushes, empty compost, rototill garden, set out bird baths. Once you have your list you have your goals set for the weekends, and it's amazing how much quicker you'll get these done by already having a plan.
Off to play in the dirt and plant my peas and then pick up my potatoes and onions! Happy spring gardening!

Glad to see you back here! I'm so excited about gardening season starting too, woo-hoo! I keep wanting to make a chore list that we could use every year for each season, you inspire me. :)
Interesting, as those can't be planted here.
